Day by day we study production processes integrating them with the cycles of nature and this allows us to give value to a unique microclimate a hill-mountainous terroir with a high level of biodiversity with an ideal sun exposure, rich in minerals and from the persistent influences of the sea.We value distributed knowledge, that collective agricultural memory that finds its strength in the organic interaction between people, the physical environment and the biological environment. That is why for all our crops we adopt biodynamic processes that promote natural soil fertility and humus production.And we do everything in house: through an integrated biodynamic cycle, we transform the manure from our 750 buffaloes first into energy, thanks to the biodigester, then into natural fertilizer.We also show our love for Nature through our packaging, for which we prefer eco-friendly materials with reduced environmental impact, because respect is also this: a completely eco-friendly cycle.San Salvatore is not a company like any other: it is an open-air laboratory an agricultural development project in which we value conscious and eco-sustainable production. And it is this respect that gives them a unique bouquet of scents and a liveliness of flavors that is unforgettable.Our wines, as well as our oil, yogurt, buffalo mozzarella, made only with milk from our farm, and all other products have Cilento in their names and hearts, like the many heirs of Parmenides scattered around the world.Yesterday we were vintners and farmers. Today we are a farm that exports all over the world.
